Preconstruction Design
During an initial consultation, we can discuss what ideas you have for your project and how you would like your home to look. Construction Management
At Seward Hall we understand that attentive planning with astute attention to detail is key to realizing a successful project. The objectives established in the Pre-Construction Phase are further refined as issues like Design Management, Constructability, Material Selection, Material Procurement and Final Scheduling are set and strategies determined.
General Contracting
In this phase we ensure that the previously established strategies are fully realized through the diligent management of all aspects of construction such as: Cost and Schedule, Field Supervision, Construction Administration, Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance.
